• Storage: Data is stored securely (encrypted/locked).

• Retention: Data will be kept for [5–7 years] after therapy ends, then securely destroyed.

• Rights: Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.

• Sharing: Data is never shared with third parties unless legally required or with explicit consent.

• ICO Registration: The therapist is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
